Abstract
Financijski izvještaji te analiza financijskih izvještaja imaju krucijalnu važnost za uspješno gospodarenje poduzećem, što će ovim završnim radom biti objašnjeno na primjeru poslovanja društva Škojo d.o.o. Osijek. U ovom završnom radu prikazani su temeljni financijski izvještaji poduzeća Škojo d.o.o. Osijek od 2016. do 2021. godine. Temeljne financijske izvještaje čine : bilanca, izvještaj o dobiti (račun dobiti i gubitka), izvještaj o novčanim tokovima, izvještaj o promjenama kapitala, te bilješke uz financijske izvještaje. Financijski izvještaji su analizirani horizontalnom i vertikalnom analizom, te pokazateljima likvidnosti, aktivnosti, zaduženosti, profitabilnosti i ekonomičnosti. Financijske izvještaje je potrebno sastavljati minimalno jednom godišnje, a njihovi korisnici su najčešće eksterni (vanjski) koje čine: vlasnici ili dioničari, investitori, kreditori, poslovni partneri, vlada i njezine agencije i tijela, revizori kao i svi građani koji žele vidjeti poslovanje određenog poduzeća. Nakon provedene financijske analize bit će prikazan poslovni uspjeh ali i nedostaci poduzeća Škojo d.o.o. Osijek.
Abstract (english)
Financial statements and the analysis of financial statements are of crucial importance for the successful management of a company, which will be explained in this thesis on the example of the business of Škojo d.o.o. Osijek. This final paper presents the basic financial statements of the company Škojo d.o.o. Osijek from 2016 to 2021. Basic financial statements consist of: balance sheet, income statement (income statement), statement of cash flows, statement of capital changes, and notes to financial statements. The financial statements were analyzed using horizontal and vertical analysis, as well as indicators of liquidity, activity, indebtedness, profitability and economy. Financial statements must be drawn up at least once a year, and their users are usually external (external), consisting of: owners or shareholders, investors, creditors, business partners, the government and its agencies and bodies, auditors, as well as all citizens who want to see the operations of a particular company . After the financial analysis, the business success and shortcomings of Škojo d.o.o. will be presented. Osijek.
