Abstract
U ovome se radu vrši analiza projekta modernizacije luke Ploče odnosno preciznije projekt ugradnje prekrcajne opreme na novoizgrađenom terminalu. Cilj je rada kroz ekonomsku i financijsku analizu prikazati isplativost projekta. Kroz rad prikazane su temeljne značajke projekta i projektnog menadžmenta u suvremenom poslovanju te je prikazana analiza tržišta morskih luka u Hrvatskoj. Detaljnije je prikazan investitor i dani su podaci o samom projektu. Zatim je izvršena ekonomska i financijska analiza projekta te je na temelju pokazatelja učinkovitosti dana zaključna ocjena projekta. Cjelokupnom se analizom zaključilo kako je projekt isplativ. Poduzeće ostvaruje povrat ulaganja u šestoj godini, a dobit ostvaruje već u drugoj godini od završetka projektnih aktivnosti. Prihodi se povećavaju u promatranom razdoblju što je rezultat prvotnog cilja projekta; povećanje prometa robe kroz luku.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes project of modernization the port of Ploče, or more precisely installation project of transversal equipment on newly built terminal. The aim is to show the profitability of project through economic and financial analysis. There are presented the basics of the project and project management in modern business also as the market analysis of sea ports in Croatia. Investor and project are presented more detailed. Then an economic and financial analysis is presented and final evaluation of the project is given through efficiency indicators. With the overall analysis is concluded that the project is profitable. The return on investment is realized on the sixth year and the project will start making profit in the second year after the project activities finished. Revenues increase in the observed period what is the result of the main project aim; increase of the goods through the port.
