Abstract
Posljednjih dvadesetak godina sektor bankarstva doživio je brojne transformacije. One su posljedica političkih, tehnoloških, gospodarskih i demografskih promjena, s naglaskom na tehnološke inovacije. Internet je tako, zbog svojih karakteristika poput brzine, dostupnosti, prilagodljivosti i niske cijene idealan distribucijski kanal za bankarske usluge. Glavni je cilj ovog rada analizirati korištenje Internet i mobilnog bankarstva među studentskom populacijom. Prije svega, u radu je riječ o Internet i mobilnom marketingu, potom o bankarstvu. Rad završava istraživanjem autorice o korištenju Internet i mobilnog bankarstva.
Abstract (english)
For the last twenty years, the banking sector has undergone numerous transformations. They are the result of political, technological, economic and demographic changes, with emphasis on technological innovations. Because of its features like speed, availability, adaptability and low cost, the Internet is the ideal distribution channel for banking services. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the use of Internet and mobile banking among student population. First and foremost, the paper deals with Internet and mobile marketers, followed by banking. The paper ends with a research by the author on Internet and mobile banking.
