Abstract
Europska komisija je 2014. godine donijela Uredbu (EU) br. 548/2014 o provedbi direktive 2009/125/EZ Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća u pogledu malih, srednjih i velikih energetskih transformatora. Sumarno gledano, zbog iznimno velikog broja energetskih transformatora na području Europske unije, cilj ove uredbe bio je povećanje energetske učinkovitosti na području članica EU, kroz utjecaj na smanjenje gubitaka velikog broja energetskih transformatora. Gubici energetskih transformatora u mreži imaju značajan financijski odnosno ekonomski učinak na poslovanje operatora distribucijskog sustava. Procjenjuje se da gubici u energetskim transformatorima sudjeluju s gotovo 50% u ukupnim tehničkim gubicima (cca. 30000 transformatora u RH - ekonomija velikih brojki). Energetski transformatori su uz vodove drugi temeljni element distribucijske mreže, a gubici u njima su posljedica tehnološkog funkcioniranja transformatora. Na gubitke se može utjecati odabirom kvalitetnijih materijala i tehnoloških rješenja elemenata, što poskupljuje osnovnu cijenu. Predmetni cilj odnosno osnovna suština ovog rada je određivanje optimalnog odnosa cijene i gubitaka transformatora.
Abstract (english)
In 2014, the European Commission adopted Regulation (EU) No. 548/2014 on implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regards to small, medium and large power transformers. Due to the huge number of power transformers in the European Union, the purpose of this regulation was to increase energy efficiency in the EU member states through the impact on reducing the losses of a large number of power transformers. The losses of power transformers in the network have a significant financial and economic effect on the operation of the distribution system operator. It is estimated that the losses in energy transformers account for almost 50% of the total technical losses (about 30,000 power transformers in the Republic of Croatia - large number). The power transformers are the second main element of the distribution network along the power lines, and the losses in them are the consequence of the technological functioning of the transformer. Losses can be affected by the selection of better materials and technological solutions of the elements, which increases the initial price. The main objective of this paper is to determine the optimum ratio of cost and loss of power transformers.
