Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je analizirati godišnje financijske izvještaje poduzeća Dalekovod d.d. kako bi se na temelju rezultata provedene analize ocijenilo poslovanje poduzeća.U radu su navedeni i objašnjeni temeljni financijski izvještaji,zakonske regulative financijskog izvještavanja i postupci analize financijski izvještaja.Nakon toga provedena je vertikalna i horizontalna analiza financijskih izvještaja poduzeća Dalekovod d.d. gdje se je na temelju rezultata analize utvrdilo da je poduzeće u 2013. godini ostvarivalo negativan financijski rezultat a od 2014. godine počelo je ostvarivati profit sve do kraja promatranog razdoblja i uspostavilo stabilnost poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final work is to analyze the annual financial statements of Dalekovod d.d. in order to evaluate the business of the company based on the results of the analysis. The paper presents and explains the basic financial statements, financial reporting regulations and financial analysis procedures. After this, a vertical and horizontal analysis of the financial statements of Dalekovod d.d. where on the basis of the results of the analysis it was found that the company had a negative financial result in 2013 and from 2014 it started earning the profit until the end of the observed period and established the stability of the business.
