Abstract	U ovom radu istraživao sam pojam menadžmenta ljudskih resursa i njegov utjecaj u poduzeću Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Split. Prvo sam odradio teoretski dio vezan za upravljanje ljudskim resursima, a nakon toga sam to primijenio na primjeru ovog poduzeća. U teoretskom dijelu prikazao sam važnost svakog područja u menadžmentu ljudskih resursa. Može se reći da svako područje upravljanja ljudskim resursima treba biti kvalitetno odrađeno ako se želi postići cjelokupan uspjeh u upravljanju ljudskim resursima. Zatim sam u empirijskom dijelu svako područje primijenio na promatrano poduzeće. Pokazalo se da Ericsson Nikola zaista kvalitetno upravlja sa ljudskim resursima. To je sigurno jedan od razloga velikog uspjeha tog poduzeća. Za sam kraj se još jednom može naglasiti velika važnost ljudskih resursa u svakom poduzeću. Jer bez kvalitetnog upravljanja ljudskim resursima neće biti zadovoljavajućih rezultata.
Abstract (english)	In this paper, I have researched the concept of human resource management and its impact on the company Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Split. I first did the theoretical part related to human resource management, and then I applied it to the example of this company. In the theoretical part, I presented the importance of each area in human resource management. It can be said that every area of human resource management needs to be done well if we want to achieve overall success in human resource management. Then, in the empirical part, I applied each area to the observed enterprise. It turned out that Ericsson Nikola really manages human resources well. This is certainly one of the reasons for the great success of this company. For the very end, the great importance of human resources in every company can be emphasized once again. Because without quality human resource management, there will be no satisfactory results.
