Abstract
Zbog pojave učestalih nesreća na različitim događajima, došlo je do toga da se sve više pozornosti mora pridavati uvođenju određene vrste opreznosti. Posljedice krize mogu biti propadanje, prestanak rada organizacije, zaokret i oporavak te smanjivanje organizacije, pa je potrebno razviti sustav za uspješno svladavanje krize i omogućavanje daljnjeg poslovanja. Krizni menadžment ima važnu ulogu u svim organizacijama jer se povećanjem globalizacije povećava i potreba za sigurnošću, a prema tome i potreba za osiguranjem od sve učestalijih pojava različitih kriza. Utjecaji tehničke, društvene, tehnološke, ekološke, političke i ekonomske promjene utječu na sve sfere života pa su tako prisutne i u Hrvatskoj, te hrvatskim županijama. Pri tom je važna pravovremena priprema za kriznu situaciju koja zahtijeva usku povezanost s osobom, odjelom ili tvrtkom zaduženom za odnose s javnošću jer je zbog ugrožavanja imidža nužno detaljno isplanirati komunikacijsku strategiju. Sigurnost u Hrvatskoj je stabilna i broj turista u hotelima u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji se povećava iz godine u godinu, ali se postavlja pitanje da li postoji dovoljno dobro razvijen krizni menadžment, koji može biti od velike važnosti za budućnost razvoja turizma u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
Due to the frequent occurrence of accidents at various events, it came to pass that more attention must be given to the introduction of certain types of prudence. The consequences of the crisis may be decay, dissolution of the organization, turnaround and recovery and to reduce the organization, and it is necessary to develop a system to successfully overcome the crisis and to allow further operations. Crisis management has an important role in all organizations because the increasing globalization increases the need for security, and therefore the need for insurance of the increasingly frequent occurrence of various crises. The effects of technical, social, technological, environmental, political and economic changes affecting all spheres of life and are also present in Croatia and Croatian counties. In this important timely preparation for a crisis which requires a close link with a person, department or company in charge of public relations as it is because compromising image detail necessary to plan a communication strategy. Security in Croatia is stable and the number of tourists in hotels in Split-Dalmatia County is increasing from year to year, but the question is whether there are enough well-developed crisis management, which can be of great importance for the future development of tourism in Croatia.
