Abstract
Prilikom analize poslovne uspješnosti odabranog poslovnog subjekta, njegovo poslovanje se treba analizirati određenim metodama i prikazati ih sa odgovarajućim ekonomskim pokazateljima. Na profitabilno poslovanje utječu eksterni interni faktori. U ovom radu se provodi istraživanje kako interni faktori utječu na profitabilnost u djelatnosti građevinarstva. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja koristio se uzorak 50 nasumično odabranih građevinskih poduzeća iz Republike Hrvatske i istraživanje se provodilo putem metode višestruke regresije. Za nezavisne varijable odabrani su prihod od prodaje, starost, veličina poduzeća, likvidnost, dani vezivanja obveza i zaduženost. Na kraju provedenog istraživanja može se donijeti zaključak o djelomičnom prihvaćanju postavljene hipoteze, uz razinu signifikantnosti 10%. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da na profitnu maržu kao mjeru profitabilnosti, nijedna varijabla koja je uključena u istraživanje nema statistički značajan utjecaj. Što se tiče pokazatelja ROA kao mjeru profitabilnosti, varijable likvidnost i zaduženost imaju statistički značajan utjecaj, a na pokazatelj ROE samo varijabla prihod od prodaje pokazala je statistički značajan utjecaj.
Abstract (english)
When analyzing the business perfomance of a selected business entity, it is necessary to analyze business by using certain methods and present results with appropriate economic indicators. Profitable business is infuenced by external and internal factor. This paper research how internal factors affect profitability in construction industry. Sample of 50 randomly selected construction companies are used for purpose of this research. Selected method for this research is multiple regression. Sales revenue, age, company size, liquidity, commitment days and indebtedness were selected as independet variables. At the end of the research, a conclusion can be made of partial acceptance of the hypothesis, with a significance level of 10%. The result of the research show that none of variables included in the research have a statistically significant impact on the profit margin as a measure of profitability. ROA indicator as the measure of profitability, the variables liquidity and indebtedness have a statistically significant influence, and on ROE indicator only the variable sales revenue showed a statistically significant influence.
