Abstract	Elektroničko poslovanje ubrzava i automatizira poslovne procese, smanjuje troškove poslovanja, ostvaruje značajne uštede te stvara veću dodanu vrijednost u poslovanju, čime se povećava konkurentnost na tržištu. Tako su u sklopu elektroničkog poslovanja razvijeni raznoliki web servisi koji su sve prisutniji oblik poslovanja što je posve u skladu sa suvremenim načinom života i koji korisnicima nude različite mogućnosti. Tako je u ovom radu pozornost usmjerena na web servis za online posredništvo „Idealan cestovni transport“ koji nudi brz i jednostavan pronalazak svih registriranih autoprijevoznika na području Hrvatske. Na taj način svim potencijalnim klijentima koji traže prijevoz robe, znatno bi bilo olakšano traženje prijevoznika, dok bi prijevoznici putem ovog web servisa postali dostupniji širokoj javnosti. Osim toga, provedeno je istraživanje i analiza stavova stanovništva Hrvatske o navedenim web servisima s obzirom na spolnu pripadnost i s obzirom na status (studenti, zaposleni, nezaposleni). Upravo ti odgovori ispitanika mogu poslužiti kao smjernice u prilagođavanju poslovnog modela ali i njegovog daljnjeg razvoja.
Abstract (english)	Electronic business accelerates and automates business processes, reduces operating costs, creates significant savings and added value to the business, increasing competitiveness in the market. Thus, as part of e-business, many diverse web services have been developed, which are increasingly common form of business which is completely in line with the modern way of life and offers customers a variety of options. In this paper, attention is focused on web service for online mediation "Ideal road transport", which offers quick and easy discovery of all registered transport companies on the Croatian territory. In this way, all potential customers who are looking for transport can search for the carrier with ease, while the carriers make themselves known and accessaible to the general public via the web services. In addition, the research and analysis of the attitudes of the Croatian population towards these web services based on gender with regard to the status (students, employed, unemployed) has been carried out. It is these students' answers that can provide guidance in adapting the business model as well as its further development.
