Abstract
Logistika je jedna od najvažnijih funkcija u poslovanju poduzeća. U suvremenom poslovanju se to naročito odnosi na velika poduzeća. Poslovna logistika sadrži aktivnosti koje uključuju skladištenje robe, manipulaciju robom, narudžbe i isporuke, upravljanje zalihama i prijevoz. Cilj poslovne logistike je što efikasnije povezati aktivnosti od točke prijema robe od dobav-ljača, sve do točke isporuke robe kupcima. Organizacija poslovne logistike je vrlo važna za održavanje logističkih sustava i procesa, jer će na taj način minimizirati troškove poslovanja i povećati kvalitetu usluga. Zadaci i poslovi provode se prema funkcijama u poduzeću, hijerar-hijskim dodjeljivanjem. Važnost poslovne logistike za poduzeće je iznimno velika, jer se nas-toji postići visok stupanj kvalitete usluge, čime će se zadovoljiti stupanj zadovoljstva kod ku-paca. Prema istraživanju logističkih aktivnosti poduzeća PHOENIX Farmacija d.d. uviđa se važnost usluge prijevoza jer se želi postići visok stupanj kvalitete pružanja usluge dostave, minimiziranje troškova i zadovoljstvo kupaca.
Abstract (english)
Logistics is one of the most important functions in business enterprises. In modern business, this particularly applies to large enterprises. Business logistics includes activities involving storage of goods, manipulation of goods, orders and deliveries, inventory management and transportation. The goal of business logistics is more efficient to link activities from the point of receipt of goods from suppliers, to the point of delivery of goods to customers. Organizati-on of business logistics is very important to maintain logistics systems and processes, as it will in this way minimize operating costs and increase the quality of services. Tasks and acti-vities are carried out according to the functions of the company, assigning a hierarchy. The importance of business logistics for the company is very high, because it seeks to achieve a high level of quality service, which will meet the level of customer satisfaction. According to a survey of logistics activities of the company PHOENIX Pharma dd recognizes the impor-tance of transport services because they want to achieve a high level of quality of service delivery, minimize costs and customer satisfaction.
