Abstract	Poslovno planiranje jedna je od glavnih aktivnosti i zadataka menadžmenta, kako onih na višim, tako i onih na nižim razinama. Prožima se kroz cijelu organizaciju, od najviših upravljačkih subjekata do izvršitelja najjednostavnijih zadataka. Utječe na svakodnevno poslovanje, organizaciju zadataka i akcija koje se provode, a na taj način dugoročno utječe i na poslovni rezultat. Poduzeće, odnosno članovi poduzeća bez planiranja nemaju i ne mogu imati jasnu viziju, svrhu a ni ciljeve, kako kratkoročne, tako ni one dugoročne. Važnost funkcije planiranja, ali i same provedbe zacrtanih planova još više do izražaja dolazi danas u vrijeme nestabilnog tržišta i krize, kada je ključno biti spreman na brzu prilagodbu u novonastalim situacijama te imati spremne alternativne planove i programe u slučaju nepovoljnog razvoja situacija u poduzeću i/ili njegovoj okolini. Na temelju provedenog istraživanja u poduzeću Rimac Automobili koje se bavi proizvodnjom automobila na električni pogon uviđa se značaj funkcije planiranja u poduzeću, kao i njegove kvalitete i konzistentnosti.
Abstract (english)	Business planning is one of the main activities and assaingments of the management, including those at higher and those at lower levels. Business planning is pervasive throughout the organization, from top management subjects to the simplest tasks executors. It affects the daily operations, the organization of tasks and actions to be completed, and thus has a long-term impact on business results. Without planning it is not possible for the enterprise and for its members to have a clear vision, purpose and goals, both short-term and long-term ones. The importance of planning, and the implementation of the outlined plans is even more evident today, in days of crisis and unstable market, when it is crucial to be prepared for rapid adaptation to new situations and to have prepared alternative plans and programs in the event of an unfavorable development of the situation in the enterprise and/or the surrounding area. Based on the research of Rimac Automobili enterprise engaged in the production of electric cars, the importance of the planning process in the enterprise is recognized, as well as its quality and consistency.
