Abstract	U diplomskom radu opisana je analiza primjene tehnologije rada pod naponom na srednjem naponu. Analiza je obuhvatila metode, uvjete i temeljna načela rada pod naponom na srednjem naponu. Prikazane su prednosti i nedostaci primjene tehnologije rada pod naponom te način implementacije tehnologije u HEP. Procijenjena je isplativost primjene tehnologije u Hrvatskoj te je prikazana metoda poticaja i motivacije radnika na rad pod naponom.
Abstract (english)	The final thesis analyses the use of medium voltage live maintenance technology. The methods, conditions and basic working principles for medium voltage live maintenance technology are described. The advantages and disadvantages of using live maintenance on medium voltage are presented, alongside with the manner in which live maintenance technology could be implemented in HEP. The cost-effectiveness of the implementation of such technology in Croatia is estimated, and a stimulation method for workers who use live maintenance technology is suggested.
