Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je problematika novih metoda recikliranja otpada s naglaskom na mogućnosti upotrebe robota u procesu razvrstavanja otpada. Za razliku od tradicionalnih načina za razvrstavanje otpada koji se temelje na ručnom radu, robotski sustav za sortiranje otpada temelji se na umjetnoj inteligenciji (AI). Kontinuirano se nadograđuje programska podrška u svrhu povećanja učinkovitosti, preciznosti, brzine i sposobnosti postojećeg sustava u procesu razvrstavanja otpada. Nadogradnja sustava omogućava dodavanje novih frakcija i čini proces razvrstavanja prilagodljivim za sve postavljenje zdatake. Glavna prednost automatizacije je rad pogona u više smjena bez zaustavljanja i bez prekida procesa sortiranja, te visoka stopa točnosti razvrstavanja i čistoća reciklata.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the issue of new methods of recycling of waste with an emphasis on the possibility of using robots in the process of waste selection. Unlike traditional waste sorting methods based on manual work, the robotic waste sorting system is based on artificial intelligence (AI). In order to increase the efficiency, precision, speed and ability of the existing system in the waste sorting process, it is continuously upgraded by software support that allows adding new fractions and makes the sorting process adaptable to all job placements. The main advantage of automation is drive operation in multiple shifts without stopping and interrupting the sorting process with high accuracy of sorting as well as fraction puritiy.
