Abstract
U završnom radu opisan je proces u kojemu se iz kamenoloma, točnije iz stijenske mase, bilo da je to mramor ili granit, dobiva proizvod željenog oblika, mase i dimenzija. Također je opisano dobivanje primarnih i komercijalnih blokova pomoću dijamantne žične pile, lančane sjekačice i ostalih metoda. U zadnjim koracima procesa se gaterima, filo sajlama, polirkama i frezama dobivaju konačni proizvodi. Brojnim proračunima su pobliže opisane same metode i teorijske osnove procesa obrade kamena. Svaki korišteni stroj u procesu je opisan kao i njegov princip rada, a svaki od njih se temelji na radu trofaznog asinkronog motora.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes the proces where, from quarry, stone mass precisely, whether it is marble or granite, the product of desired shape, mass and dimensions is got. Getting primary and commercial blocks using diamond wire saw, chain saw and other methods is also described. In the last steps of the process, gang saws, single wire saws, polishing machines and bridge sawing machines are used to make the final product. Using numerous calculations, the methods itself and the basics of stone processing are closely described. Every used machine in the process is described as well as its work principle and every one of them is based on the work of the three-phase induction motor.
