Abstract	Glavni zadatak ovog rada bio je ostvariti komunikacijski sustav koji omogućava učinkovitu i nezahtjevnu komunikaciju u bežičnim mrežama osjetila. U radu je opisan protokol MQTT i njegove mogućnosti ugradnje u sustav GSN. Opisan je sustav GSN i njegov usporedni sustav Endymion. Nakon toga je opisan postupak ugradnje protokola MQTT u sustav GSN. Ostvaren je sustav obavijesti kojim je moguće pratiti stanje pojedinih sustava ili osjetila. Sustav GSN proširen je modulima koji omogućavaju mjerenje, kontrolu i prikaz informacija na računalu Raspberry Pi.
Abstract (english)	The main goal of this thesis was to implement communication system that provides efficient and lightweight communication in wireless sensor networks. In the thesis we analyzed and described protocol MQTT and its possibilities to embed it into GSN system. GSN system was described along with its parallel system Endymion. After that, we described procedure of embedding MQTT protocol into system GSN. Notification system has been implemented, which allows monitoring of individual GSN systems or its sensors. GSN system was expanded with modules which enables measuring, controlling and displaying information on Raspberry Pi computer.
