Abstract	Tipični sustav za mjerenje EMG signala se sastoji od jedne centralne jedinice sa više kanala koji su sa elektrodama spojeni žicama, što čini cijeli sustav relativno kompleksnim za korištenje te ograničavajućim prilikom kretanja. Zbog toga ovakvi sustavim imaju relativno ograničenu primjenu. Također, najčešće se koristi tro-elektrodni dizajn analognih pojačala, što ograničava dizajn manjih i praktičnijih rješenja jer se treća elektroda obično smještava na električki neutralno tkivo dalje od dvije signalne elektrode. Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada je bio dizajnirati, konstruirati i testirati jedno-kanalni bežični, mali i lagani površinski EMG mjerni uređaj. Ideja je da umjesto postojanja centralnog uređaja koji uzrokuje i obrađuje signale, svaki kanal postane samostalni uređaj koji može slati dobivene podatke bežično do uređaja sa grafičkom vizualizacijom. Bluetooth Low Energy protokol je korišten za bežični prijenos podataka, što je istovremeno omogućilo da se pametni telefon koristi kao centralni uređaj koji vizualizira i sprema podatke. Na ovaj način u sustavu ne postoje žice i sustav postaje prilagodljiviji za razne primjene. Trenutno maksimalna ostvarena brzina prijenosa podataka na pametni telefone je ~550 uzoraka/s, ali u daljnjem radu pokušati će se postići brzina od barem 1000 uzoraka/s. Također, dvo-elektrodni analogni dio za pojačanje i filtriranje signala je konstruiran i testiran, ali nažalost nije se pokazao kao primjenjiv za EMG. U nastavku rada napori će se uložiti kako bi se ovaj dio poboljšao i cjelokupna ideja ovoga diplomskog rada ostvarila.
Abstract (english)	Typical EMG measurement system consists of one central device with more channels with electrodes which are connected with wires which makes whole system complex and restrictive during movements. Moreover, in general third reference electrode which is placed on electrically non-active tissue further away is used, which limits any smaller and more user friendly designs. The goal of this master thesis was to design, construct and test a single channel compact-size, wireless and surface EMG measurement system. Idea was that instead of having central device which is used for sampling and processing, each channel is independent acquisition system which can send acquired and processed data wirelessly to a device with graphical user interface. As a wireless communication channel Bluetooth Low Energy used which enabled to have a smart phone as a central device which collects stores and visualizes data. Current maximal transfer data rate achieved with BLE is ~550 samples/s. In further work, attempt should be made to achieve 1ksample/s transfer rate. Additionally, two-electrode analog amplification and filtering part was designed, constructed and tested. Unfortunately, it turned out as not suitable for electromyography, but in continuation of this work further efforts will be put into improving it.
