Abstract
Ritual upoznavanja uobičajen u modernom svijetu uključuje pozdrav, rukovanje, slušanje tuđeg i izgovaranje vlastitog imena. Osposobiti robota za ovaj ritual vrlo je bitno, jer njegovo izvođenje predstavlja elementarnu funkcionalnost u okviru interakcije između robota i čovjeka. Cilj je bio implementirati ritual upoznavanja na humanoidnom robotu NAO. Robot prepoznaje kada je pažnja sugovornika usmjerena na njega, inicira upoznavanje, predstavljanjem i pružanjem ruke, prepoznaje rukovanje pomoću ugrađenih senzora dodira te ukoliko je sugovornik prihvatio rukovanje, robot pamti ime i lice sugovornika. Kada idući puta vidi sugovornika, robot ga oslovljava njegovim imenom. Tijekom upoznavanja, robot ugrađenim LED diodama signalizira faze upoznavanja.
Abstract (english)
Introduction ritual, common in the modern world, includes greeting, handshake, listening to someone else’s name and saying their own name. To train a robot for this ritual is very important, because his performance is an elementary function in the framework of interaction between robots and humans. The goal was to implement a introduction ritual to the humanoid robot NAO. The robot recognizes when the interlocutors attention is focused on him, initiates introduction, presenting and providing a hand, recognizes handshaking using embedded touch sensors and if interlocutor acceptes the handshake, the robot remembers the name and face of the interlocutor. Next time he sees the other person, the robot is addressing him by his name. During introductions, the robot is giving signals with embedded LEDs.
