Abstract
Klub Močvara, smješten u Zagrebu uz nasip rijeke Save, nudi raznovrsne programe, glazbene slušaonice, izložbe, kazališne predstave i radionice kojima privlači veliki broj ljudi. Klub je osnovalo Udruženje za razvoj kulture 1999. godine. Završni rad temelji se na studentskoj praksi odrađenoj u klubu Močvara vezanoj uz digitalno arhiviranje događaja na web stranici kluba. Za rad kluba bitno je dobro i organizirano oglašavanje. Prije nastanka web stranice događaji u klubu su se promovirali putem programskih knjižica te plakata koji se i danas koriste, no tijekom godina promoviranje putem Interneta postaje sve važnije i praktičnije te se programske knjižice ukidaju. Digitalni arhivi su sigurniji i jeftiniji od arhiva papirnatih dokumenata. Digitalno bilježenje događaja na web stranici je brzo i jednostavno jer se svi plakati i najave događaja čuvaju i u digitalnom obliku. Web stranica postoji od 2010. godine no ona sadrži i informacije o događajima prije ovog razdoblja. Događaji su lako dostupni i pretraživi svim posjetiteljima te je na kalendaru web stranice moguće pronaći sve upisane događaje.
Abstract (english)
The Močvara Club, located in Zagreb near the river Sava, offers various programs, music events, exhibitions, theatre performances and workshops attracting many people. Udruženje za razvoj kulture founded the club in 1999. This thesis is based on the student practice conducted at the Močvara club and is related to the digital archiving of events on the club’s website. Well organized advertising is essential for the club's work. Before the creation of website, events at the club were promoted through programme booklets and posters that are still being used today, but over the years, Internet promotion became more important, so the programme booklets were cancelled. Digital archives are safer and cheaper than the archives of paper documents. Inputting digital information about events on a web site is quick and easy because posters and event announcements are also kept in the digital form. The current site exists since 2010, but it also contains information on the earlier events. Events are easily accessible and searchable to all visitors and all archived events can be found through the calendar of the website.
