Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je "Elementi organizacijske strukture". U početku rada su obrazloženi elementi koji čine organizacijsku strukturu bilo koje organizacije. Međutim, središnji dio rada odnosi se na detaljnije proučavanje jednog od elemenata organizacijske strukture, a to je organizacija raščlanjivanja i grupiranja zadataka. Tu su definirana različita načela putem kojih se vrši raščlanjivanje i grupiranje zadataka, prikazana je organizacija poslovnih funkcija te odnosi koji se mogu javiti. Ovaj element obuhvaća i tumačenje organizacije radnog mjesta, no detaljnije o tome, iskazano je na konkretnom primjeru poduzeća "LifeClass Terme Sveti Martin".
