Abstract
U diplomskom radu pod temom „Suvremeni projektni menadžment“ bit će definirane agilne metode razvoja softvera. Svaka od metoda bit će detaljnije objašnjena uz navedene primjere te njene karakteristike, prednosti i nedostatke. Uz agilne metode razvoja, prvenstveno će biti objašnjen agilni razvoj sustava uz princip, prednosti i nedostatke te učestalost korištenja istog. Nakon toga, u radu su predstavljeni alati Jira i Confluence kompanije Atlassian koji služe za upravljanje projektima, na način da obuhvaćaju i spajaju ljude i zadatke na jednom mjestu. Korištenjem alata Jira i Confluence prikazat će se cijeli životni ciklus (od planiranja do promocije proizvoda na tržište) jednog projekta.
