Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obradila sam pojam višekriterijskog odlučivanja te najkorištenije metode takvog odlučivanja - AHP. Metoda olakšava proces odlučivanja te se uspješno definiraju ciljevi,kriteriji te alternative. Drugim dijelom rada metodu sam prikazala na stvarnom primjeru koristeći alat Expert Choice.
