Abstract
Izravna komunikacija s kupcima je ključna u promoviranju proizvoda i usluga. S pojavom interneta i novih tehnologija razvili su se i novi oblici marketinga. Danas prevladava internetski marketing, a njegov najvažniji komunikacijski kanal je elektronička pošta. Ona omogućuje izravnu komunikaciju s postojećim i potencijalnim klijentima te njihovu segmentaciju i personalizaciju ponude. U radu je opisana elektronička pošta, marketing putem elektroničke pošte, zaštita privatnosti te primjeri provedbe e-mail marketinga.
