Abstract
Obavljanje cestovnog prijevoza robe temelji se na licencijama i dozvolama koje je potrebno ishoditi da bi se prijevoz mogao obavljati na legalan način. Za obavljanje javnog cestovnog prijevoza tereta u unutarnjem prijevozu potrebno je ishoditi Licenciju za unutarnji javni cestovni prijevoz, a za međunarodni cestovni prijevoz potrebno je ishoditi Licenciju Zajednice koja vrijedi i u unutarnjem prijevozu. Međunarodni prijevoz tereta obavlja se na temelju dozvole za međunarodni prijevoz tereta, a u završnom radu je opisana CEMT dozvola. U daljnjem nastavku završnog rada opisane su CMR konvencija i teretni list koji se koristi u provedbi navedene konvencije, konvencija TIR, način popunjavanja karneta TIR i njegovo funkcioniranje, opisana je konvencija ATA, način popunjavanja ATA karneta i njegovo funkcioniranje u prijevozu. U nastavku opisane su obveze prijevoznika u svezi carinskog postupka, a na kraju je opisan europski sporazum o međunarodnom prijevozu opasnih tvari – ADR i prijevozna dokumentacija koja se koristi primjenom sporazuma.
Abstract (english)
Performance of road transport of goods is based on licenses and permits which are necessary to obtain in order to transport it legally. For performance of public road transport of cargo in internal transport, it is necessary to obtain License for public road transport, and for international transport is necessary to obtain the License of communities which is valid in internal and international transport. Performance of international transportation of cargo is based on permits for international transportation of cargo, and the CEMT permit which is described in final work. Except of the description of CEMT permit, conventions, CMR Convention and waybill for named convention, TIR Convention, way of filling TIR Carnet and it´s functioning, ATA Convention, way of filling ATA Carnet and it´s functioning in transport are described in final work. The following describes obligations of carrier in customs procedure, and the end of the final work describes European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods – ADR and transport documentation used by appying the agreement.
