Abstract
Razvitkom informacijskog sustava kao osnove, a zatim i ICT tehnologije, zadovoljili su se zahtjevi korisnika za korištenjem raznih usluga te pohranjivanja velike količine informacija i podataka. Potražnja i potreba za ICT tehnologijom u poslovne i privatne svrhe je prouzročila projektiranje raznih ICT rješenja. IoT i Cloud Computing tehnologija djelujući zajedno pružaju vrlo širok spektar mogućnosti projektiranja pametnih rješenja. U Republici Hrvatskoj se razlikuje mnogo operatora od kojih svaki od njih svojom ponudom nastoji pridobiti korisnika. Ono što korisnici očekuju od operatora i njegove ponude je prihvatljiva cijena, pouzdanost rada te prije svega sigurnost prilikom korištenja usluga.
Abstract (english)
The development of the information system as a basis, and then ICT technology, has satisfied the requirements of users to use various services and to store a large amount of information and data. Demand and need for ICT technology for business and private purposes has caused the design of various ICT solutions. Working together, IoT and Cloud Computing technology provide a very wide range of smart solution design options. There are many operators in the Republic of Croatia, each of them trying to attract a user through its offer. What customers expect from the operator and his offer is reasonable price, reliability and above all safety when using the services.
