Abstract
U ovom radu obrađene su prednosti i mane posuda od nehrđajućeg čelika u suvremenoj proizvodnji vina. Uvodni dio rada obrađuje bačve od nehrđajućeg čelika i njihovo održavanje, te zaštitu vina od oksidacije. Također obrađuje vrste čelika, njihovu podjelu, te glavne karakteristike i kemijski sastav. Obrađena je i tehnologija koja se koristi u proizvodnji posuda od nehrđajućeg čelika, odnosno elektrootporno točkasto zavarivanje, njegovi parametri, značajke i greške. Opisom postupka ispitivanja tvrdoće materijala i postupka spektralne analize zaključen je uvodni dio. Eksperimentalni dio rada bavi se analizom oštećenja zavarenih spojeva na posudi od nehrđajućeg čelika i analizom strukture i sastava materijala na mjestu oštećenja. Na temelju izvršenih ispitivanja, analiza i proračuna, koji su prikazani u radu doneseni su zaključci o mogućim uzrocima pojave oštećenja na posudi. Eksperimentalni rad proveden je u laboratorijima Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the advantages and disadvantages of stainless steel vessels in contemporary wine production. The introductory part deals with stainless steel barrels, their maintenance and the protection of wine from oxidation. It also processes the types of steel, their division, their main characteristics and chemical composition. The technology used in producing stainless steel vessels, ie spot welding, its parameters, features and faults has also been processed. The introductory part was concluded with the description of the hardness testing procedure and the spectral analysis procedure. The experimental part of the work deals with the damage of welded joint on a stainless steel vessel and with the analysis of the structure and composition of the material at the damaged spot. Based on the performed tests, analysis and calculations, which are presented in the paper, conclusions were made on possible causes of damage to the vessel. Experimental work was carried out in the laboratories of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb.
