Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana je konstrukcijska razrada podizača na dvostrukom paralelogramu. U uvodu je dan kratak pregled zahtjeva na podizače prema normi EN 280. Nakon toga prikazana su koncepcijska rješenja podizanja poluga i okretanja podizača te je na kraju odabrana kombinacija koncepcijskih rješenja. U trećem dijelu izračunata su opterećenja na dijelove podizača. Izračun opterećenja podijeljen je u dva dijela, u prvom dijelu proveden je proračun opterećenja u xy ravnini, a u drugom dijelu u zy ravnini. S izračunatim opterećenjima provjereni su svi kritični dijelovi konstrukcije: hidraulički cilindri, poluge, svornjaci i košara. U zadnjem dijelu proračuna provjeren je mehanizam za okretanje te odabran hidromotor mehanizma za okretanje. Proračun košare te kritični dijelovi poluga napravljeni su pomoću programa za FEM analizu Abaqus. Programski paket Mathematica je korišten za određivanje položaja u kojem je najveće opterećenje svornjaka te su pomoću programa napravljena većina grafova. U programskom paketu Solidworks napravljen je 3D model podizača te na osnovu njega sklopni crtež.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, a design of a lifter on a double parallelogram is presented. The introduction gives a brief overview of the requirements for lifters according to EN 280. After introduction, the conceptual solutions for lifting the booms and turning the lifter are presented, and finally a combination of conceptual solutions is selected. In the third part, the loads on the lifting parts are calculated. The load calculation is divided into two parts, the first part calculates the load in the xy plane and the second part in the zy plane. With the calculated loads, all critical parts of the structure were checked: hydraulic cylinders, booms, pins and basket. In the last part of the calculation, the rotary mechanism was checked and the rotary mechanism hydromotor was selected. The basket calculation and the critical parts of the linkages were made using the FEM analysis software Abaqus. The software package Mathematica was used to determine the position in which the pins load was highest and most graphs were made using Mathematica. In the Solidworks software package, a 3D model of the lifter was made and a technical documenation based on it.
