Abstract
Tema ovog rada je analiza mogućnosti potpune automatizacije radnog mjesta za završnu obradu u procesu proizvodnje povlačnih vijaka poduzeća SAB d.o.o. Radno mjesto je nedavno robotizirano te se prvo analizira implementirano automatizirano rješenje kako bi se utvrdilo jesu li ostvarene očekivane prednosti. Poslije toga su pobliže objašnjeni temeljni pojmovi statističke kontrole procesa, a zatim je analizirana sposobnost postojećeg procesa na promatranom radnom mjestu. Glavni dio rada predstavlja dva predložena rješenja za automatizaciju procesa kontrole kvalitete te aplikaciju za statističku kontrolu procesa koja je razvijena za potrebe radnog mjesta. Na kraju rada su uspoređena predložena rješenja s postojećim stanjem radnog mjesta te je iznesen zaključak rada.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this thesis is the analysis of possibility of complete automation of work station which serves as a final step in pull stud manufacturing proces in company SAB d.o.o. Work station has recently been robotized so first is the implemented automated solution analysed to find out if expected benefits have been met. Then are the key terms of statistical process control explained and current process capabilty is analysed. Main part of the thesis presents two proposed solutions for automation of quality control and an application for statistical process control which has been developed for the work station. Finally, proposed solutions are compared to the existing state of work station and conclusion is presented.
