Abstract
U ovome diplomskom radu opisan je dizajn sustava regulacije izmjeničnih servomotora s permanentnim magnetima na rotoru (engl. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors, PMSM) koji je pogodan za standardno korištenje u industrijskim električnim servopogonima zbog minimalnih potreba za održavanjem. Dan je uvod u industrijske električne servopogone i opis sustava koji će se koristiti za eksperimentalnu provjeru projektiranoga regulacijskog sustava izmjeničnog servomotora, a koji se sastoji od izmjeničnog servomotora BCH2 i pretvarača snage LXM28A tvrtke Schneider Electric. Nadalje, opisan je izvod matematičkog modela sinkronog motora s permanentnim magnetima u mirujućemu statorskom (A-B-C) koordinatnom sustavu, te je generalno opisana direktna i inverzna Park transformacija za pretvorbu modela motora iz statorskoga koordinatnog sustava u rotirajući dvoosni ortogonalni (d-q) koordinatni sustav rotora. Postupak projektiranja regulacijskih krugova struje i brzine vrtnje servomotora provodi se primjenom kriterija optimuma dvostrukog odnosa. Funkcionalnost projektiranog sustava ispitana je u simulacijskom okruženju Matlab/Simulink i eksperimentalno na laboratorijskom postavu koji uključuje pretvarač snage LXM28A i izmjenični servomotor BCH2 s prigrađenim inkrementalnim davačem impulsa.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis describes the control system design for an alternating-current (AC) permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which is suitable for industrial servodrive implementation due to its minimum maintenance requirements. An introduction to industrial electrical servodrives and the setup for experimental verification of the designed AC servodrive control system, which comprises the PMSM AC servomotor BCH2 and AC power converter LXM28A, manufactured by Schneider Electric Co. Furthermore, a derivation of permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model in the stationary (stator-side or A-B-C) coordinate frame, and a general derivation of direct and inverse Park transform for the transformation between the stator-side reference frame and the rotating orthogonal (rotor-side or d-q) reference frame. Design procedures for the servomotor current and speed control loops is based on the application of damping optimum criterion. The functionality of designed control systems has been tested within the Matlab/Simulink simulation environment and experimentally on the laboratory setup comprising the LXM28A power converter and BCH2 AC servomotor equipped with built-in incremental encoder.
