Abstract
U ovome radu se analizira proizvodni sustav pomoću simulacijskog modeliranja. Simulacija je oponašanje realnog sustava za dobivanje kvalitetnih analiza na osnovu kojih se mogu donijeti odluke prilikom promjene starog ili uvođenja novog sustava. Cilj ovog rada je pokazati primjenu i prednosti simulacijskih tehnologija primjenom u stvarnom proizvodnom pogonu. Objašnjene su osnovne komponente simulacija, uključujući podjelu modela i vrsta simulacija. Predstavljeni su najpoznatiji simulacijski alati korišteni u proizvodnim sustavima. Detaljno je objašnjen simulacijski softver Enterprise Dynamics u kojem su napravljeni modeli trenutnog (postojećeg) i modificiranog (predloženog za unapređenje) proizvodnog sustava. Nakon provedenih simulacija napravljena je usporedba dvaju spomenutih sustava temeljem analiziranih rezultata simulacija.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the production system is analyzed through the use of simulation modeling. Simulation is the imitation of a real system for obtaining quality analyzes on the basis of which decisions can be made when changing the old or introducing a new system. The aim of this thesis is to show the application and advantages of simulation technologies by application in a real production plant. The basic components of simulations are explained, including the division of models and types of simulations. The most famous simulation tools used in production systems are presented. The Enterprise Dynamics simulation software is explained in detail, in which the models of the current (existing) and modified (proposed for improvement) production system are made. After the simulations, a comparison of the two mentioned systems was made based on the analyzed simulation results.
