Abstract
U diplomskom radu obrađena je metoda ispitivanja tvrdoće po Rockwellu sukladno s normom HRN EN ISO 6508-1:2016. Njom se definiraju svi zahtjevi na tvrdoću po Rockwellu. Objašnjena je uspostava mjerne sljedivosti za mjernu veličinu tvrdoća. Kroz eksperimentalni dio rada dan je pregled opreme potrebne za ispitivanja tvrdoće po metodi Rockwell, te za umjeravanje referentnih pločica tvrdoće po metodi Rockwell HRC. Također eksperimentalni dio rada sastoji se od umjeravanja referentnih pločica tvrdoće za metodu Rockwell HRC i procjenu mjerne nesigurnosti umjeravanja sukladno normi HRN EN ISO 6508-3:2015.
Abstract (english)
This work deals with hardness testing for Rockwell HRC method according to HRN EN ISO 6508-1:2016. That standard defines all requests on Rockwell hardness. This work also describes establishment of measurement traceability for the measured quantity of hardness. Through the experimental part of the work, an overview of the equipment needed for Rockwell hardness tests and for calibration of Rockwell HRC hardness reference blocks is given. Also, the experimental part of the work consists of calibration of hardness reference blocks for the Rockwell HRC method and estimation of measurement uncertainty of calibration in accordance with the standard HRN EN ISO 6508-3: 2015.
