Abstract
Poslovni turizam nedavno vezan je za koncept MICE industije čije su komponente team building i incentive putovanja. Priznati su kao glavni upravljački alati koji se koriste u suvremenim tvrtkama kako bi nagradili zaposlenike. Poslovni turizam obilježen je visokim prihodom i visokom kvalitetom usluge. Glavni hipoteza ovog diplomskog rada je doprinos incentive putovanja pri zadovoljstvu zaposlenika te doprinos većoj produktivnosti tvrtke. Isto tako, cilj je prikazati važnost zadovoljstva zaposlenika na kvalitetu pružanja usluga, te kvalitetu organiziranja nagradnih putovanja kao i sadržaja takve vrste putovanja. U svrhu istraživanja proveden je anketni upitnik u Adriatic Gate Container Terminalu. Nakon provedenog istraživanja može se zaključiti kako je većina ispitanika iznimno zadovoljna incentive putovanjima, te navedenu razinu zadovoljstva iskazuju sami rezultati istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
Business tourism is related to the MICE industry concept whose components are team building and incentive travel. Recognized as the main management tool used in a modern companies to reward employees. Business tourism is characterized by high income and high quality of service. The main hypothesis of this research is the contribution of incentive travel to employee satisfaction and contribution to a greater company productivitiy. The point is to show the importance of content of employees with the quality of organizing incentive travels as well as te content of such kind of travel. For the purpose of the research a survey questionnaire was conducted in Adriatic Gate Container Terminal. After the research it can be concluded that the most respondents are extremely satisfied with incentive travels and the level of satisfaction is shown by the research results.
