Abstract
Health tourism as one of the selective forms of tourism, has been the main driver of population movements since the earliest age. In today's world, the globalization of trade, security, health or the environment creates an increasing need for international ISO standards. Standardization is the activity of establishing provisions for general and repeated use of existing or potential problems in order to achieve the best degree of organization in the given context. Standardization allows the product to meet customer requirements, facilitating the negotiation and ordering of a particular product. In today's society the norm is a written document which, depending on acceptance, may have a national, regional or international status.
Abstract (croatian)
Zdravstveni turizam kao jedan od selektivnih oblika turizma bio je glavni pokretač pokreta stanovništva od najranije dobi. U današnjem svijetu, globalizacija trgovine, sigurnosti, zdravlja ili okoliša stvara sve veću potrebu za međunarodnim ISO standardima. Standardizacija je aktivnost utvrđivanja odredbi za opću i ponavljanu uporabu postojećih ili potencijalnih problema kako bi se postigao najbolji stupanj organizacije u danom kontekstu. Standardizacija omogućuje proizvodu da zadovolji zahtjeve kupaca, olakšavajući pregovaranje i naručivanje određenog proizvoda. U današnjem društvu norma je pisani dokument koji, ovisno o prihvaćanju, može imati nacionalni, regionalni ili međunarodni status.
