Abstract
Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi utjecaj mobilizacije patele na pokretljivost i bolnost kod totalne endoproteze koljena u postoperativnoj rehabilitaciji. U istraživanju su sudjelovali pacijenti s Nex gen totalnim endoprotezama koljena bez zamjene patele u postoperativnoj rehabilitaciji. Slučajnim odabirom pacijenti (n=60) su podijeljeni u 2 grupe po 30 ispitanika, od kojih se kod grupe A uz ostale terapijske postupke provodila mobilizacija patele, dok su se kod grupe B provodili terapijski postupci bez mobilizacije patele. Metode koje su se koristile u ovom istraživanju uključuju metodu mjerenja pokretljivosti kutomjerom (goniometrom) i metodu mjerenja intenziteta boli putem vizualno-analogne skale (VAS ljestvicom) prvi i posljednji dan istraživanja te prilagođen upitnik o utjecaju boli na aktivnosti svakodnevnog života primijenjen 8 dan. Istraživanje je pokazalo da mobilizacija patele kod totalne endoproteze koljena u postoperativnoj rehabilitaciji utječe na povećanje pokretljivosti fleksije i ekstenzije koljena. Također, pokazalo se da mobilizacija patele kod totalne endoproteze koljena u postoperativnoj rehabilitaciji utječe na smanjene bolnosti koljena. Utjecaj boli na aktivnosti svakodnevnog života kod grupe sa mobilizacijom je manji u odnosu na grupu bez mobilizacije.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of the study was to confirm the effect of patella mobilization on flexibility and pain in total knee endoprosthesis in postoperative rehabilitation. The study involved 60 patients (two groups of 30) with Nex gen total knee enoprosthesis without replacement of the patella in postoperative rehabilitation. In the first group we did patella mobilization and in the second group only physiotherapeutic procedures without mobilization. The methods included measuring the motion of the joint (goniometer), the visual analogue scale (VAS scale) on the first and the last day of the survey and the adjusted questionnaire on the impact of pain in the daily life activity. The questionnaire was used on the 8th day of the survey. In the study we have demonstrated that by patella mobilizing in knee endoprosthesis in postoperative rehabilitation, the flexibility of the flexion and knee extension is improved. It has also been shown that mobilization reduces pain. By the subjective measurement (questionnaire) patients reported the impact of pain on activity in daily life is lower in the mobilization group compared to the group without. Using manual techniques we achieve better results at work.
