Abstract
U radu je opisan Radiološki Informacijski Sustav (RIS) i ostale značajke koje su nezaobilano povezane sa njime. Temeljna povezanost medicine i informatike je u biosignalima. Od toga se kreće na slike, koje nastaju bilježenjem vizualnih biosignala i koje su povezane sa Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). RIS i PACS nezaobilazno surađuju u svojoj primjeni. RIS obuhvaća tekstualne i administrativne informacije, a PACS obuhvaća arhiviranje i prijenos slika. RIS je integriran u i komunicira sa Bolničkim informacijskim sustavom (BIS). BIS je najveći dio širokog Zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava. RIS i PACS mogu imati samo lokalnu primjenu, ali mogu i biti umreženi i podržavati teleradiologiju. Teleradiologija najčešće označava slanje radioloških slika na udaljena mjesta preko mreže. Teleradiologija je grana telemedicine. Telemedicina je naziv za općenito bavljenje medicinom na daljinu, uporabom telekomunikacijskih tehnologija. U radu je i kratak osvrt na program Issa, koji je primjer softwareskog RIS rješenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes a Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and other features that are unavoidably connected with it. Main connection between medicine and technology is in biosignals. which leads to images that are made by recording visual biosignals and connects them with a Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). RIS and PACS cooperate in their application. RIS includes textual and administrative data, and PACS includes archiving and transmission of images. RIS is integrated and communicates with a Hospital Information Systems (HIS). HIS is largest part of a wide Health Information Systems, which includes healthcare in general. RIS and PACS can have only local application, but also can be connected to web and support a teleradiology. Teleradiology for the most part means sending radiological images to remote locations via web. Teleradiology is branch of telemedicine. Telemedicine is general term for dealing with medicine at a distance, using a telecommunication technology. This paper includes short review of a software Issa, which is example of RIS software solution.
