Abstract
U ovom radu razradit će se tema urinarne inkontinencije kod žena, neugodan zdravstveno-socijalni problem koji pogađa milijune žena. U uvodnom dijelu diplomskog rada opisat će se etiologija inkontinencije kod žena, uzroci te prevalencija inkontinencije. Opisana je dijagnostika urinarne inkontinencije kod žena kroz anamnezu, liječnički pregled, kliničke testove i pretrage. Navedene su i opisane vrste uretralnih inkontinencija: statička, urgentna, miješana, funkcionalna (idiopatski hiperaktivni detruzor), hiperrefleksija mjehura, neurogeni mjehurc, preljevna inkontinencija (ischiuriaparadoxa). Uz vrstu inkontinencije navedene su karakteristike, simptomi koji se javljaju kod žena, kao i metode liječenja koje odgovaraju opisanoj vrsti urinarne inkontinencije. Tema ovog diplomskog rada su konzervativne metode liječenja urinarne inkontinencije te su u razradi sadržaja diplomskog rada opisane sljedeće metode konzervativnog liječenja: promjene načina života, fizikalne terapije, bihevioralne terapije, mehanička sredstva te farmakoterapija. U dijelu fizikalne terapije opisani su: biofeedback, Kegelove vježbe, vježbe mišića zdjeličnog dna te vanjske magnetne inervacije. Također, opisan je trening mokraćnog mjehura i neurostimulacija kroz bihevioralne terapije. Navedena su i opisana mehanička sredstva te farmakoterapija koja se koristi u liječenju urinarne inkontinencije. U radu je opisana i urinarna inkontinencija u trudnoći i neposredno nakon poroda, kada je prva linija obrane od stresne inkontinencije konzervativna mjera u koju spadaju vježbe za jačanje mišića dna zdjelice, promjena načina života, fizikalna terapija, bihevioralna terapija i neurostimulacija. Primjenjujući konzervativne metode liječenja, u pretraženoj literaturi, vidljivo je poboljšanje stanja bolesnika te kvalitete njihova života.
Abstract (english)
This paper will address the topic of urinary incontinence in women, an unpleasant health and social problem that affects millions of women. The introductory part of the thesis will describe the etiology of incontinence in women, the causes and prevalence of incontinence. The diagnosis of urinary incontinence in women through history, medical examination, clinical tests and examinations will be described. Types of urethral incontinence are listed and described: static, urgent, mixed, functional (idiopathic hyperactive detrusor), bladder hyperreflexia, neurogenic bladder, overflow incontinence (ischiuriaparadoxa). In addition to the type of incontinence, the characteristics, symptoms that occur in women, as well as treatment methods that correspond to the described type of urinary incontinence are listed. The topic of this thesis is conservative methods of treatment of urinary incontinence and the following methods of conservative treatment are described in the elaboration of the content of the thesis: lifestyle changes, physical therapy, behavioral therapy, mechanical means and pharmacotherapy. In the part of physical therapy are described: biofeedback, Kegel exercises, pelvic floor muscle exercises and external magnetic innervation. Also, bladder training and neurostimulation will be described through behavioral therapies. The paper also describes urinary incontinence in pregnancy and immediately after childbirth, when the first line of defense against stress incontinence is a conservative measure that includes exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, lifestyle changes, physical therapy, behavioral therapy, neurostimulation. Applying conservative methods of treatment, in the searched literature, the improvement of the patients' condition and their quality of life is visible.
