The aim of this dissertation and research on "The Influence of the Assistant Dog in Ayres Sensory Integration according to the International Classification of Functioning" was to determine the success and the positive influence of Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI) using the Assistant Dog (AAT) through 5 categories of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) on the independence of the child. The research was conducted at the Center for Rehabilitation Silver in the period 2017-2018. g. Children with developmental difficulties were included in the research at the age of 4 to 10 years. Methods: Data were collected by observing children with special designed Evaluation questionnaire through Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI) Therapy with the AAT dog according to 5 ICF categories: sessions functioning, learning and applying knowledge, general tasks and requirements, mobility, communication, interpersonal interaction and relationships . Results: Research results showed significantly less difference after intervention (P <0.001) in all MKF categories for 29 children. Total mean values before intervention was 129.2 with an average deviation of 50.8. Median 133.0. The minimum score was 27.0 and the maximum 227.0 while after the intervention were 67.8 with an average deviation of 45.6. Median 72.0. Minimum score 2.0 and maximum 163.0. Conclusion: Comparison of results shows a significant difficulties before and after ASI therapy with AAT dogs through ICF. Challenges have been reduced and independence was increased in all 5 categories of ICF categories that incluede activities and participation, learning and application of knowledge, mobility (mobility), communication, interpersonal interaction and relationships.
