Abstract
U inicijalnom dijelu obrađeni su osnovni postulati na kojima počiva nuklearna medicina, princip rada gama-kamere te anatomija i morfologija želuca. U nastavku rada govori se o protokolu pripravljanja radiofarmaka i izvođenja pretrage scintigrafije pražnjenja želuca. Konačno, prikazano je istraživanje provedeno na Kliničkom zavodu za nuklearnu medicinu Kliničkog bolničkog centra Rijeka koje je obuhvatilo 31 ispitanika upućenih na pretragu. Učinjena je analiza na osnovi uputne dijagnoze, spola i dobi pacijenata te poluvremena pražnjenja želuca izračunatog na nalazu scintigrafije.
Abstract (english)
In Introduction basic postulates of nuclear medicine are discussed, the principle of gama camera function and anatomy and morphology of the stomach. In the next part of the work preparation of radiopharmaceutical and methods of performing the gastric emptying scintigraphy are described. At the end, the results of the research conducted at the Clinical Department of Nuclear Medicine of the Clinical Hospital Centre Rijeka were presented. The research included 31 patients referred to the gastric emptying scintigraphy. Analysis was performed regarding clinical findings, age and gender of the patients and half-time of emptying of the gastric contents determined on scintigraphy.
