Abstract
Ozljede koljenog zgloba su prisutne u sportu češće, no i u svakodnevnim životnim aktivnostima. Najčešće ozljede koljena su ozljeda ACL-a te ozljeda meniska. Ove ozljede najčešće u sportu nastaju beskontaktnim putem: doskok, skakanje, mijenjanje smjera kretanja i zaustavljanje. Za saniranje ozljede ACL-a najčešće se koriste metoda grafta m. semitendinosus + gracilis i Kenneth Jones metoda. Ovo retrospektivno istraživanje provedeno je u cilju uviđanja razlike u pojavi poteškoća kod bolesnika s izoliranom rekonstrukcijom ACL-a i bolesnika sa ozljedom ACL-a i meniska. Drugi cilj nam je saznanje incidencije ozljede drugog koljena te distalnih segmenata u vremenskom periodu od 5 do 8 godina postoperativno. Za istraživanje smo izveli dokumentaciju 146 pacijenata iz KIBIS-a Klinike za ortopediju i traumatologiju Lovran koji odgovaraju kriterijima ovog istraživanja. Analiziranjem izvedenih podataka te odabirom najvažnijih varijabli za ovo istraživanje, došlo se do zaključka da nema statistički značajne razlike u incidenciji reozljede istog koljena između odabranih grupa, te nema statistički značajne razlike u incidenciji ozljede drugog koljena te distalnih ekstremiteta između odabranih grupa. Razvijanje operativnih rekonstrukcija, metoda rehabilitacije, dobra edukacija, promoviranje prevencije zajedno pomažu u smanjenju incidencija ozljeda koljenog zgloba, umanjuju vrijeme trajanja tegoba, sprječavaju pojavu reozljeda i ozljeda drugih segmenata te značajno popravljaju kvalitetu života ozljeđenih osoba.
Abstract (english)
Knee joint injuries are present more often in sports, but in an everday activities as well. Most often knee joint injuries are ACL injury and menisc injury. These occur most often in a non-contact way: landing, jumping, changing direction, deceleration. Methods most often used for ACL restoration are graft of m. semitendinosus and gracilis, Kenneth Jones method. This retrospective research was carried out to get an insight in occurance of ailments in patients with isolated ACL injury and those with ACL injury combined with menisc injury. The second goal was knowing the incidence of other knee injury and injury of distal segments in time period between 5 to 8 years postoperatively. For this reasearch we took data of 146 patients from KIBIS of Klinika za ortopediju i traumatologiju Lovran who fit the criteria of this reasearch. By analizing the taken dana and chosing the most important variables for this research, the conclusion was that there is no signifficant statistic difference in incidence of repeated injury of the same knee between chosen groups, and that there was no signifficant statistic difference in other knee injury or distal segments injury between chosen groups. The development of surgical reconstructions, methods of rehabilitation, good education, promoting of prevention together help in decreasing knee join injury incidence, decrease the lasting time of ailments, prevention of repeated injury occurance, injury of other segments and signifficantly improve quallity of life of injured individuals.
