Abstract
Ishemijska bolest srca je skup kliničkih sindroma, koji nastaju uslijed ishemije miokarda. Najčešći uzrok ishemije je aterosklerotski plak koji smanjuje promjer krvne žile te dovodi do stanja koji se naziva angina pektoris. Angina pektoris može biti stabilna, nestabilna ili Prinzmetalova. Ukoliko dođe do progresije ateroskleroze, može doći do razvoja akutnog koronarnog sindroma ili akutnog infarkta miokarda. Do infarkta dolazi kada se koronarna arterija u potpunosti zatvori, te stanice miokarda nemaju kisika što vodi k nekrozi stanica. Infarkt miokarda najčešće dovodi do zatajivanja srca koji također spada u ishemijsku bolest srca. Jedna od najčešćih komplikacija koja se javlja nakon preboljelog infarkta su aritmije. Aritmije, odnosno promjene u provodnji električnih impulsa jedan su od osnovnih uzroka iznenadne srčane smrti. Kod bolesnika s aritmijom ili drugim mogućim uzrokom iznenadne srčane smrti važno je na vrijeme otkriti uzrok i mjerama prevencije spriječiti moguću smrt.
Abstract (english)
Ischemic heart disease is a set of clinical syndromes, which are caused by myocardial ischemia. The most common cause of ischemia is an atherosclerotic plaque that reduces the blood vessel diameter and leads to a condition called angina pectoris. Angina pectoris can be stable, unstable or Prinzmetal. If progression to atherosclerosis occurs, acute coronary syndrome or acute myocardial infarction can develop. Infarction occurs when the coronary artery is completely shut down, and myocardial cells do not have oxygen which leads to necrosis of the cells. Myocardial infarction usually leads to heart failure, which also belongs to ischemic heart disease. One of the most common complications occurring after a stroke is arrhythmia. Arrhythmia or changes in the conduction of electrical impulses are one of the primary causes of sudden cardiac death. In patients with arrhythmia or other possible causes of sudden cardiac death, it is important to detect the cause and prevent possible death with prevention measures.
