Abstract
U radu je eksperimentalno istražena mogućnost zamjene cementa pepelom iz drvene biomase u betonu visokih čvrstoća. Za tu svrhu, projektirane su i spravljene referentna mješavina te mješavine u kojima je cement zamijenjen masenim udjelom od 10, 15 i 20% pepelom iz drvene biomase. Kako bi se istražio utjecaj dodavanja polimernih vlakana (koja se obično dodaju za smanjenje skupljanja i povećanje otpornosti na eksplozivno pucanje), dodatno su projektirane i spravljene mješavine gdje su u betonsku mješavinu s 10% udjela pepela iz drvene biomase dodana 2 kg/m3 polipropilenskih i polimernih vlakana dobivenih reciklažom otpadnih guma. Ispitana su svježa svojstva: gustoća, konzistencija i udio pora te mehanička svojstva: tlačna čvrstoća i modul elastičnosti. Rezultati ispitivanja pokazuju da se povećanjem istraživanih udjela pepela iz drvene biomase smanjuje konzistencija, dok je gustoća u svježem stanju zanemarivo manja (do 3%). Povećanjem udjela pepela iz drvene biomase smanjuje se tlačna čvrstoća do 13%, a modul elastičnosti do 10%. Nadalje, rezultati pokazuju da dodatak polimernih vlakana ne utječe na svojstva u svježem stanju i modul elastičnosti dok se tlačna čvrstoća smanjuje do 9%.
Abstract (english)
The possibility of replacing cement with ash from wood biomass in high strength concrete was experimentally studied. For this purpose, a reference mixture and mixtures in which cement was replaced by 10%, 15% and 20% by mass of wood biomass ash were prepared. To study the influence of polymer fibers (usually added to reduce shrinkage and increase the resistance to explosive spalling), additionally 2 mixtures where 2 kg/m3 of polypropylene and recycled polymer waste tyre fibers were added to the concrete mixture with 10% of ash wood biomass. Fresh properties: density, consistency and pore content, and mechanical properties: compressive strength and modulus of elasticity, were tested. The test results show that by increasing the studied content of wood biomass ash, the consistency decreases, while the density in the fresh state is negligibly lower (up to 3%). Increasing the wood biomass ash content reduces the compressive strength by up to 13% and the modulus of elasticity up to 10%. Furthermore, the results show that the addition of polymer fibers does not affect the fresh state properties and modulus of elasticity while the compressive strength decreases up to 9%.
