zgrade.
Postoji
mnogo različitih sustava staklenih fasada, no svi imaju jedan isti element, a to je vertikalna
ukruta u obliku aluminijskih, čeličnih ili rjeđe, staklenih greda. U ovom radu ispitivat će se
stakleni paneli bez vertikalnih greda. Cilj ovoga rada je ispitati 6 različitih uzoraka
spregnutog stakla i analizirati rezultate ispitivanja.
vertikalnih ukrućujućih greda u cilju ekonomičnije i estetski prihvatljivije gradnje u
budućnosti.
Abstract (english) Glass as a building material appeared 2 000 years ago as an element that closes the
openings fulfilling their main function, which is allowing the light to get in the interior of
the building. With the development of civil engineering industry and the emergence of the
demand that the building should not be just functional but aesthetically acceptable as well,
there has been a development of facade elements of buildings, and now there is an increase
in the usage of glass panels as cladding on skyscrapers. There are many different systems of
glass facade, but all have one and the same element, and it is vertical stiffeners in the form
of aluminum, steel or less frequently, glass beams. This paper will examine the glass panels
without vertical beams. The aim of this study was to examine six different samples of
composite glass and analyze test results. Samples will be tested to collapse in a way that the
glass is placed in a horizontal position, supported on the two narrow ends and loaded by
applying force to the center of the span to be deployed in-line across the width of the glass.
Samples will also be modeled in the computer program Straus7 which calculation is based
on the finite element method to display the stress distribution in the glass. With the help of
tests the most suitable system of composite glass for production between 6 samples will be
determined, or will try to prove the possibility of making glass facade panels without vertical
stiffening beams in order to build more economical and aesthetically acceptable construction
in the future.
