Abstract
Ovim završnim radom obrađena je tema projekta organizacije i tehnologije građenja stambenog objekta u Puli. Projektom će se prikazati proračun strojeva, proračun trajanja radova, dimenzioniranje radnih grupa (radnik + stroj) te shema organizacije gradilišta. Unutar projekta također će se nalaziti opis tehnološkog rješenja građenja kao i dinamički prikaz odvijanja radova u vremenu u obliku gantograma. Tehničkim izvješćem prikazan je početak i kraj građenja, s kojim je zaključen projekt organizacije i tehnologije građenja.
Abstract (english)
This final paper elaborates the theme of the construction management plan of the building centred in the city of Pula. The effects of machine and dynamic planning are calculated and presented in the construction management plan. Dimensioning of the working groups and the construction organization chart are also shown in the construction management plan. Furthermore, in the project are presented technological descriptions and gantt chart, which elaborates the dynamic planning. Technical report shows the beginning and the end of construction time with a detailed description of the construction management scheme.
