Abstract
Geografski informacijski sustav (GIS) unutar tvrtke Energo d.o.o. koristi se u sva tri djelokruga poslovanja. Za ažuriranje podataka o plinovodu, toplovodima i javnoj rasvjeti; za aktivno praćenje komunalne infrastrukture u vlasništvu Energa te za praćenje utroška materijala, radnih sati kao i za obilježavanje plinovoda na terenu. Cilj istraživanja je prikazati krajnjem korisniku prednosti uvedenog sustava i postupak korištenja, a višim instancama bitnost unaprjeđivanja i razvijanja aplikacije. Geografsko informacijski sustav (GIS) raščlanjen je kroz rad na sve korake upotrebe te je analiziran način primjene i razina efikasnosti nakon uvođenja aplikacije u tvrtku. Uz procesni postupak evidentna je kompleksnost sustava koji je sagledan objektivno te su iznesene prednosti korištenja, kao i prostor za napredak unutar aplikacije. Izradi rada prethodio je dugogodišnje korištenje aplikacije kao i istraživački razgovor s korisnicima iste.
Abstract (english)
Energo d.o.o. uses Geographical Information System (GIS) in all three scopes of doing business: for updating data on gas lines, hot water pipelines and public lighting; for active monitoring of the communal infrastructure owned by Energo; for tracking expenditure of material, working hours as well as marking gas pipelines in the field. The aim of the research is to show the end user benefits of the implemented system and the use procedure, and to indicate to the higher instances the importance of improving and developing of the application. In this thesis, Geographical Information System (GIS) is parsed into all parts of its usage and analyzed in terms of the manner of application and level of efficiency after its implementation in the company. The process procedure evidently indicates the objective complexity of the system. Furthermore, it shows benefits of its usage as well as the potential for improvement within the application.
