Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada jest projektiranje vruće asfaltne mješavine za srednje teško prometno opterećenje prema kriteriju dopuštenih odstupanja za bitumen i kameno brašno. U radu je dan osvrt na asfaltne mješavine, njihov sastav, fizikalna i mehanička svojstva, metode projektiranja, metode izrade i ispitivanja asfaltne mješavine. Izrađeno je devet kombinacija uzoraka s različitim udjelima bitumena i kamenog brašna. Uzorci su izrađeni i ispitani prema Marshallovoj metodi. Cilj ispitivanja jest određivanje koliko odstupanja u udjelima bitumena i kamenog brašna utječu na udio šupljina u asfaltnoj mješavini i da li takva mješavina zadovoljava deklarirana svojstva. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata ispitivanja i višeregresijskih jednadžbi određene su granice odstupanja za bitumen i kameno brašno. Intervali granica su određeni tako da moraju zadovaljavati udio šupljina u asfaltnoj mješavini koji je propisan normom te su dane preporuke za smanjenje vrijednosti graničnih odstupanja za količine bitumena i kamenog brašna.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this graduate thesis is designing of hot asphalt mixtures for medium heavy traffic loads according to the criteria allowable tolerances of asphalt binder and filler content. This paper gives an overview of asphalt mixtures, their composition, physical and mechanical properties, design methods, methods of production and testing of asphalt mixtures. There were nine combinations of samples with different proportions of asphalt binder and filler. The samples were made and tested according to the Marshall method. The aim of the test is to determine how much deviations in asphalt binder and filler affect the air voids ratio in the asphalt mixture and whether such a mixture satisfies the declared properties. Based on the obtained test results and multiple regression equations, asphalt binder and filler deviations were determined. The boundary intervals are determined by having to meet air voids ratio in the standard asphalt mix. The recommendations for decreasing the limit values for asphalt binder and filler are given in the end.
