Abstract
Postojanost stijene odnosi se na otpornost stijene procesima trošenja. Svojstva intaktne stijene mogu se znatno mijenjati pod utjecajem procesa hidratacije, otapanja i oksidacije. Naročito podložne procesima trošenja mogu biti stijene s visokim udjelom minerala glina, koje mogu znatno gubiti na čvrstoći kada su izložene atmosferilijama. To je važno uzeti u obzir prilikom planiranja i izvođenja inženjerskih radova u stijenama na koje veliki utjecaj mogu imati procesi trošenja u inženjerskom vremenu. U ovom radu provedeno je ispitivanje postojanosti lapora i pješčenjaka koji predstavljaju litološke članove eocenskih flišnih naslaga na području Sjevernog hrvatskog primorja. Za tu svrhu, uzorkovano je ukupno sedam uzoraka materijala stijene: četiri uzorka lapora te tri uzorka pješčenjaka. Samo jedan uzorak lapora uzorkovan je iz duboke istraživačke bušotine izvedene na području klizišta Valići u dolini Rječine, a preostalih šest uzoraka uzorkovano je pomoću geološkog čekića u pripovršinskim uvjetima na području Vinodolske udoline. Ispitivanje postojanosti stijena provedeno je dinamičkim pokusom u pet ciklusa.
Abstract (english)
Rock durability refers to the resistance of a rock to weathering processes. The intact rock properties can be significantly altered by hydration, dissolution and oxidation processes. Particularly susceptible to weathering processes are rocks with a high content of clay minerals, which can significantly lose their strength when exposed to atmospheres. This is important to consider when planning and executing engineering works in rocks that can be greatly influenced by weathering processes in engineering time. In this paper, the durability of marlstones and sandstones from the Eocene flysch deposits was investigated. For this purpose, a total of seven rock material samples were tested for durability: four samples of marlstone, and three samples of sandstone. One sample of marlstone was sampled from a deep borehole from the Valići landslide in the Rječina Valley, while other six rock samples were taken using a geological hammer in the Vinodol Valley. Rock durability testing was performed with a five-cycle slake durability test.
