Abstract	Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati povezanost perfekcionizma sportašica i sportaša s percepcijom motivacijske klime inicirane od strane trenera. Sukladno cilju istraživanja, ispitana su obilježja povezanosti adaptivnog i neadaptivnog perfekcionizma s percepcijom motivacijske klime. Pored navedenog, analizirane su rodne razlike te je ispitano razlikuju li se sudionici timskih i individualnih sportova u stupnju izraženosti perfekcionizma i percepciji motivacijske klime. U istraživanju je sudjelovao 161 sudionik, studentice i studenti Kineziološkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Sudionici istraživanja ispunili su Upitnik percipirane motivacijske klime u sportu – 2 (Newton, Duda i Yin, 2000) i Višedimenzionalnu ljestvicu perfekcionizma u sportu (Stoeber, Otto, Pescheck, Becker i Stoll, 2007) te su odgovorili na niz pitanja kojima su prikupljeni demografski podaci i podaci o njihovom sportskom iskustvu. Provedene statističke analize ukazuju da se sportaši i sportašice statistički značajno razlikuju u percepciji motivacijske klime usmjerene na razvoj vještina i njezinim poddimenzijama zajedničko učenje, važnost vlastite uloge i trud/napredak na kojima sportašice postižu viši rezultat. Sudionici timskih i individualnih sportova statistički se značajno razlikuju u poddimenziji kažnjavanje pogrešaka na kojoj sudionici timskih sportova postižu viši rezultat. U odnosu na one koji postižu niži rezultat na ljestvici adaptivnog perfekcionizma, sudionici koji su postigli viši rezultat na toj ljestvici postižu statistički značajno viši rezultat na ljestvici motivacijske klime usmjerene na razvoj vještina. Također, osobe koje su na ljestvici neadaptivnog perfekcionizma postigle niži rezultat, statistički značajno se razlikuju u odnosu na osobe koje su postigle viši rezultat na istoj ljestvici u percepciji motivacijske klime usmjerene na rezultat. Dobiveni rezultati su u skladu s rezultatima prijašnjih istraživanjima koja pokazuju da je adaptivan perfekcionizam u pozitivnoj korelaciji s percepcijom motivacijske klime usmjerene na razvoj vještina, dok je neadaptivan perfekcionizam u pozitivnoj korelaciji s percepcijom motivacijske klime usmjerene na postizanje rezultata. Korisno je i dalje istraživati povezanosti ovih konstrukta zbog mogućnosti praktičnih implikacija u sportu. Rezultati ovog istraživanja mogu pomoći u edukaciji sportaša, trenera, a i roditelja o adaptivnom i neadaptivnom perfekcionizmu te njegovoj povezanosti sa motivacijskom klimom iniciranom od strane trenera.
Abstract (english)	The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between perfectionism and perception of ego and task oriented motivational climate initiated by the coach. In accordance with the research aim, we analyzed correlations of adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism and motivational climate perception. In addition, we analyzed gender differences and explored whether the participants of team and individual sport differ in degree of different types of perfectionism and motivational climate perception. The study included 161 participants, students from Faculty of Kinesiology, University in Zagreb. The participants filled: Perceived Motivational Climate in Sport Questionnaire (Newton, Duda & Yin, 2000) and Multidimensional Inventory of Perfectionism in Sport (Stoeber, Otto, Pescheck, Becker & Stoll, 2007) and they answered to a number of questions about demographic data and their sports experience. Conducted statistical analysis pointed out that male and female athletes differ in task-oriented motivational climate and its subdimensions cooperative learning, important role and effort/improvement on which female athletes obtained higher results. In comparison to those enrolled in individual sports, participants from group sports achieved higher score at punishment for mistakes subdimension. Compared to those who achieved a lower score on the scale of adaptive perfectionism, participants who achieved a higher score on that scale achieved higher score on the mastery oriented motivational climate. Also, compared to those who achieved lower score on the scale of maladaptive perfectionism, participants who achieved higer score on that scale achieved higher score on the performance oriented motivational climate. Obtained results are in line with previous research which showed a positive correlation between adaptive perfectionism and perceived mastery oriented motivational climate as positive correlation between maladaptive perfectionism and performance oriented motivational climate. It is useful to keep researching the relationship between these constructs for possibility of practical use in sports. This research could be helpful in educating athletes, coaches and parents about adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism and their connection to motivational climate initiated by the coach.
