Abstract	Hrvatska starokatolička crkva jedna je od brojnih crkava koje su nastale nakon Prvog vatikanskog sabora kao reakcija na proglašenje dogme o papinoj nepogrešivosti u pitanjima vjere i morala. Ovaj rad u svom prvom dijelu prikazuje povijesni kontekst vremena kako na općem planu, tako i na nacionalnoj razini. Reformni pokret nižeg katoličkog svećenstva koji je zahvatio Hrvatsku nakon Prvog svjetskog rata započeo je sa širenjem svojih ideja. Vrhunac reformnog pokreta bio je u stvaranju samostalne Hrvatske starokatoličke crkve 1924. godine na čelu s prvim biskupom Markom Kalogjerom. Djelovanje te crkve bilo je obilježeno pomacima, sukobima i raskolima. U radu je također iznesen nauk i svakodnevni život starokatoličkih zajednica u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)	The Old Catholic Church of Croatia is one of the many churches established in response to the dogma of papal infallibility regarding any doctrine of faith or morals defined at the First Vatican Council. The first section of this thesis explores the historical context of the time, both in general and in relation to national history. A reform movement among the Croatian lower clergy, which gained influence in Croatia after World War I, spread its ideology. This reform movement reached its pinnacle with the establishment of the independent Old Catholic Church of Croatia in the year 1924 with Marko Kalogjera as its first bishop. The activity of this church was marked by changes, conflicts and schisms. This thesis also examines the doctrine and everyday life of Old Catholic Church communities in Croatia.
