Abstract
Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada je obraditi karakteristike centralnog igrača (antropološka obilježja, motoričke sposobnosti, tehničko-taktičke te psihološke zahtjeve centralnog igrača), sistematizirat tehniku i taktiku bloka te neke napade prvog tempa (penal ispred glave, penal iza glave, alma ispred glave i alma iza glave) te navesti najčešće pogreške. Prikazat će se osnovne vježbe podučavanja tehnike centralnog igrača i objasniti način na koji se provode.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is describe the functions of the central player (anthropological characteristics, motor skills, technical- tactical and psychological demands of the central player), arrange block techniques and tactics, as well as some attacks of the first tempo (in front of the head penalty, behind the head penalty, in front of the head alma and behind the head alma), and state the most common mistakes.The basic practice teaching techniques with an explanation of implementation will be shown.
