Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada jest pobliže upoznati Inline Alpine, granu rolanja te ukazati na brojne prednosti te eventualno nedostatke bavljenja ovim sportom. Inline Alpine pruža odličnu imitaciju alpskog skijanja, te pruža novi način kondicijske i tehničko-taktičke pripreme alpskih skijaša uključenih u natjecateljsko skijanje. U ovom radu su prikazani primjeri metodskih vježbi koje se mogu primjeniti kod alpskih skijaša tijekom ljetnih mjeseci prijelaznog perioda i višestrane faze pripremnog perioda. Prikazane vježbe utječu na razvoj koordinacije, dinamičke ravnoteže, fleksibilnosti, agilnosti i eksplozivne snage, upravo onih motoričke sposobnosti koje su presudne za uspjeh u alpskom skijanju.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this thesis is to provide a detailed analysis of Inline Alpine, a skating discipline, and to point out the numerous advantages of this sport. Inline Alpine offers an exellent imitation of alpine skiing, and provides a new way of preparation within the conditioning area as well as technical and tactical skills for alpine ski racers. Numerous exaples of metodological exercises are shown in this thesis, which are appliable within the physical preparation stage as well as the summer months of the transition stage. The presented exersices influence the development of coordination, dinamic balance, flexibility, agility and explosive strenght, exactly the motor skills crucial in forming success in alpine skiing.
