Abstract
Problem: Nogometna igra zahtjeva visoku razinu tehničko-taktičkih znanja. Sa teoretskog stajališta kroz fazu napada postiže se osnovni smisao igre – pogodak. U skladu s time posjed lopte zauzima značajno mjesto u tehničko-taktičkoj pripremi nogometaša i segmenti koji ga čine ( primanje, dodavanje, otkrivanje ). Cilj: Prikazati osnovne principe i zakonitosti posjeda lopte kao i elemenata koji ga čine ( primanje, dodavanje, otkrivanje ). U radu će biti prikazan metodički put vježbi za kvalitetniji posjed lopte tijekom igre.
Abstract (english)
Problem: Football game requests a high level of tehnical-tactical knowledge. From a theoretical point of view the basic meaning of the game – goal is achieved through a phase of attack. Ball possession occupies an important place in the tehnical-tactical preparation of football players and segments which make it ( ball reception, passing, moving of the players Purpose: Present basic principles of ball possession, as well as elements which make it ( first touch, passing, . In this work methodically way of exercises for better ball possession will be shown.
